Internal Investigations

Abdi routinely serves as an independent, third-party investigator for government agencies and both large and small companies. He investigates complaints brought by employees, board members and other constituents of a company or agency. Our goal is to provide an unbiased report of the facts so that the client can adequately assess the potential liabilities at stake.

Abdi tailors his investigations and reports to the unique needs of the matter. His cost-effective investigations include talking to relevant parties, gathering and reviewing relevant documentations and drafting a thorough final report for the client.

Mediation and Dispute Resolution

Abdi is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and is on the court roster of trained mediator. He routinely works with community leaders and elders to resolve disputes amongst individuals contesting business and personal matters. He uses his training as both an attorney and mediator to facilitate conversations among feuding parties and can help those involved to write up legally binding agreements.
